All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping within the Continental US, shipping from Texas.

In-store pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup from our store in the Panther Creek Shopping Center (4775 W. Panther Creek #158A, right next to Starbucks). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday, and 9:00 to 5:00 on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email when you stop by.

When shipping a return or exchange, please include your name, order number, and contact information.

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a refund to your original method of payment. Only exchanges or store credit will be issued after 14 days. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges more than 30 days after purchase.
